To simplify ordering parts for single machine repair, THIS REBUILD KIT have been assembled which include: VALVE DISC & SPRINGS kit, Z765 AND Z10887 gasket set, Z9085 piston ring sets, 0SN36A oil seal, and TWO P05050A air filter elements for one compressor.
This kit fits your Champion Model R-30D Champion compressor PUMPS built BEFORE & after September 1, 1990.
In September 1990 Champion redesigned the HP suction valves used on R10, R15 and R30 compressors. The change was to increase the diameter of the valve seat by 1/8” (R10D, R15B & R30D) The valve internals did not change. This change was made to prevent confusing the HP Suction and Discharge Valves
