Refunds

General return policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase - all items and all parts must be included. A restocking fee may apply to specialty orders and parts.

If you receive a defective item there is no restocking fee to exchange.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund will be issued upon inspection.

 


Air Compressor Return Policy:

*When compressor arrives you must inspect it for any damage in shipping.*

If compressor is damaged call us at 503-674-2744 before unloading.

If compressor has extensive damage you can refuse to accept it and we will ship you a new one.

You must write “damaged” on freight bill.

All other returns must be within 30 days of purchase and in new unused condition.

Buyer is responsible for return freight.

Refund will be issued upon inspection.
